Myofascial Release & Self-Massage
Roll out the tension in your tissues with simple tools and methods
We use Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to palpate our tissues within tolerable pressure, while using the breath to have a conversation with the body area we are feeling, this helps us to improve our sensory awareness and encourage the the fascia to release— Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around every part of your body and gives structure to your muscles, bones, organs, and yes… even your emotions.
Roll out and find relief from stiffness, pain, stress or emotional overload.
- In my weekly classes: I focus on a specific body areas to relieve tension and improve mobility
- In a workshop: We have more time to explore basic anatomy, direction of motion of our joints, and variations to approach myofascial release from various angles.

Thai Massage
Touch that listens. Movement that releases.
I offer traditional Thai massage, Table Thai, and Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage) — each one designed to help your body let go of what it’s been silently holding.
Perfect if you’re craving deep rest, stress relief , or physical renewal.
- In a private session: we work together with breath, respectful touch, and mindful pacing.
- I also offer workshops, where you’ll experience giving and receiving healing touch in a safe, respectful way.
Thai massage is loving kindness in action.

Weekly moments to reset, release, and recharge with softness and clarity.
I offer them in local studios and gyms, and also individually (online or in person).
Workshops (2–3 hours)
Go beyond the class. Here, you don’t just do — you understand.
We explore how your body works, what it needs, and how to support it through movement, anatomy, breath, and touch.
You leave with practical tools, yes… but more importantly, with clarity. And that makes all the difference.
Workshops are available for private groups, companies, universities, studios, or individual sessions — online or in person.
