These are not just yoga classes — they’re soft but deep sessions where we combine breath, mindful movement, and restorative pauses. I help you step out of autopilot and return to yourself, without pressure or judgment.

Myofascial Release & Self-Massage
Roll out the tension in your tissues with simple tools and methods
We use Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to palpate our tissues within tolerable pressure, while using the breath to have a conversation with the body area we are feeling, this helps us to improve our sensory awareness and encourage the the fascia to release— Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around every part of your body and gives structure to your muscles, bones, organs, and yes… even your emotions.
