In this 3 part workshop series, Tamara will lead you in gentle somatic movements to feel, breathe and ease tension in your body using self-massage techniques with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls and Body By Breath® relaxation methods.
The therapy balls provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy to help improve mobility, increase range of motion and enhance circulation. In addition, this method of self-care empowers you with knowledge, tools and skills to:
